Details and service requirements are shared upon employment REED Next is looking for an ABA Instructor for the Adult Day Program REED Next is a new provider of home and community-based services for adults with autism.
Services provide education and training to acquire the skills and experience necessary to participate in their home and community to the maximum extent possible.
REED is invested in not only the individuals we serve, but in the professional development of our employees.
REED provides training on the implementation of Applied Behavior Analytic interventions and evidence-based practice.
REED offers free RBT training and supervision, as well as BCBA supervision to all candidates.

Adult Day Program ABA Instructor - Full Time (40 hours) Monday - Friday 8 am.
- 4 pm.
Responsibilities:
Provides instruction for skill acquisition in all domains necessary for quality of life including domestic living skills, leisure skills, vocational skills (for Pre-Vocational or Supported Employment Staff only) safety, social skills and community navigation.
Encourages individuals served to participate in community activities.
Empowers parents / guardians and community members in their roles to support individuals served.
Models appropriate behaviors necessary for successful adjustment and immersion into community participation and living.
Implements Individual & Behavior Support Plans.
Monitors the health and safety of individuals served.
Includes providing appropriate supervision.
Reports Unusual Incidents in accordance with policy and procedure.
Records client progress and maintains records of services performed.
Provides transportation to and from program sites.
Follows all protocols, programs and schedules as indicated by the Clinical Team.
Administers routine medications.
Administers PRN medications as part of emergency protocols.
Implements and follows all client health and safety protocols.
All other duties as assigned.
All employees are required to cooperate with the licensee and Division staff in any inspection or investigation.
Qualifications:
Must be 20 years of age.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Participate and pass Pre-Employment, In-Service and Annual Training requirements of NJ DDD & REED Next.
Obtain CPR & First Aid.
Valid driver's license and motor vehicle record is in compliance with organization's driving policy.
Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with NJ DDD State & REED Next requirements.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral are required.
Ability to pass all required trainings.
Ability to convey, understand and follow spoken and written instructions in English.
Experience working with adults with autism preferred.

Not applicable for current staff Employees will start at the training rate of $17.
50 per hour.
This rate remains effective for the 5 days of training and 5 days of shadowing (total of 10 days).
Once training and shadowing is complete, the rate will be increased depending on education level to $18.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
