Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy - Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly - Assist with food preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
